Background
The NICHE-GHA-270 was a 4-year project (2017-2020) funded by NUFFIC. CINOP, together with Q point, HAS, KNUST and Quente Africa, has been chosen to co-implement the project entitled “STRENGTHENING THE CAPACITY OF FOUR COLLEGES OF AGRICULTURE'' to become centres of excellence in agriculture and agribusiness training in Ghana by strengthening their educational and organizational capacities to deliver male and female graduates that meet labour market and gender needs.. This project aimed at capacity building of staff at Kwadaso Agricultural College, Ejura Agricultural College, Ohawu Agricultural College and Damongo Agricultural College.
At the end of the project, the participating organisations had strengthened their educational and organisational capacity to deliver male and female graduates that meet labour market and gender needs.
